The sitNcycle is a new kind of fitness bike designed to provide low-resistance, long-duration aerobic exercise. Perfect for home or office use, the sitNcycle is the easy way to burn calories during daily activities where you would normally be sitting still for an extended period of time:

Pedal Away the Pounds in 3 Easy Steps
STEP 1 – Turn the Resistance Level knob to the desired level. Choose 1 for the lowest level with minimal resistance, up to 8 for the highest workout level. It is recommended to start with a lower level and work your way up as you feel more comfortable.
STEP 2 – Make sure the seat is adjusted for your height and securely locked into position. Mount the seat and place your feet onto the grip pedals.
STEP 3 – Start pedaling! The bike can be pedaled forward or backward. Now you can get in shape anytime and anywhere!
